Any FTP program will work for this procedure. Recommended FTP program is FileZilla.

1. Open your favorite FTP Program.

2. Hostname/Address = yourdomain

3. Username = (your assigned username)

4. Password = (your assigned password)

5. Click on connect.

6. The area on the left is your local directory (your computer) and the area on the right is the web space. You can download your web site by selecting all the files in the right part and putting them (by drag and drop) into a directory on your computer.
