Are you a business owner or somebody who would like to be one? Have you ever heard someone say to you, "Are You Crazy!" because of a idea you had about starting a business? Owning a small business is the opportunity of a life time that all of us have, but are afraid to take the risk. The realm of possibility exists in each of us. Discover your talents and learn how to grow them! Small Business Loop will motivate you to earn your success of your current or future business. A better business starts here.
Why people want to own their own business:
It's not that they want to own their own business, it is the vehicle that they use to get what they want. This includes:
- Pride of ownership
- To stimulate and be passionate about what they want
- Be there own boss and set their own schedule
- Do their own thing!
Tips for starting a new business
1. Error on the side of action - whatever you do, don't over think it. Just get out there and do stuff. People try to think too hard because they are afraid to make a mistake.
2. You're going to fail - so embrace it and learn how to fail fast and drag out your successes. Be active, but walk away from failures quickly. If you keep rolling the dice you will slowly build a success.
3. Don't miss somebody else's dream. A lot of people build different companies to be really big, but what they really want is a flexible life style or visa-versa. Make sure you know what your looking for. Set it up that you're building the right business for you, not what somebody else would do.
4. Don't stop until you know what you are looking for.
"If you have a passion for what you do, it will show you all its secrets."

Essential entrepreneurial traits
A Risk Taker
Usually taking calculated risk, entrepreneurs will not hesitate to seize the moment and run with their intuition.
Decision-maker
The word “procrastination” does not exist in an entrepreneurial vocabulary. They are comfortable with their decisions and know where they are going.
A Dream-Maker?
Entrepreneurs have their dreams and are aggressive at making those dreams become a reality. They don’t say, “I wish” but instead, “I will”.
A Visionary?
Instead of looking just one step ahead, entrepreneurs can visualize the whole big picture both now and in the future.
Driven?
Because they have a vision and a dream, entrepreneurs are usually driven and motivated people who let nothing stand in the way of their goals.
Passionate?
Consumed as entrepreneurs are by their dreams, passion plays a large part in making their dreams a reality. You can feel the passion radiate from a true entrepreneur.
Confident?
Entrepreneurs know where they are going and why and are confident that they will succeed.
Energized?
Full of drive and motivated by their dreams, entrepreneurs usually have an abundance of energy and thrive on seeing each step of their dream take them closer to a reality.
What is Small Business Loop?
Matthew Fleming Inc. was inspired to build this service because we see so many people who fail at starting a business and what I realized is that they just need someone to guide them and the tools to help them get them there. This application provides their one stop shop for several tools many businesses use daily such as a contact manager, referral manger, advertising tools, automated shopping cart add on, web site template, complete accounting and tax software, goal/business plan follow up software, project manager, personal development courses, credit card processing, calendars, and many other things. Business owners would then pick and choose the tools they would like to use.
This service will be available December 2007.
